What You’ll Do:
• Greet patients with warmth, energy, and a big smile—every single time.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage front desk operations.
• Handle insurance verification and patient records with accuracy and professionalism.
• Help create a welcoming, calm, and friendly environment for patients of all ages.
• Support the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations. Willing to be cross trained as a dental assistant
• Perform other related job duties as assigned such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting the dentist and other staff members as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• An outgoing, engaging, and people-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with dental scheduling software (we’ll train the right person!).
• A team player who’s organized, reliable, and eager to help.
• Bilingual. Proficiency in English and Russian
